Vince Rosati is a Commercial REALTOR® with Royal LePage Binder Real Estate who brings extensive hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, and project coordination. Through his ongoing work as VP of Project Development with the Rosati Group, Vince is actively involved in the planning and execution of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments across Windsor-Essex, collaborating with consultants, contractors, and property management teams throughout every stage of a project.

This experience provides Vince with a strong understanding of commercial real estate from both a development and ownership perspective. Working alongside the Rosati Group, he assists business owners, professional tenants, and investors in identifying properties that align with their operational needs and long-term goals, while helping evaluate key considerations such as location, functionality, build-out potential, and overall property performance.

Vince also supports the Rosati Group’s commercial leasing, tenant representation, and investment activities, bringing practical insight to the leasing and acquisition process and helping structure agreements that work for both tenants and property owners.

Born and raised in Windsor, Vince maintains strong ties to the local business community and is passionate about supporting responsible development and continued economic growth throughout the Windsor-Essex region.
