Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Tim was the owner and CEO of 3 large greenhouse plants for 30 years in the Kingsville and Leamington area. Producing bedding/flowering pot plants production, servicing North America and all major big box stores. Tim has a high level of commercial real estate experience and has completed transactions throughout North America, over his 15 years in the Commercial Real Estate Business. Tim has a diverse client base ranging from local to national and publically traded corporations.
