Hello! I’m Tanya.
For me, life is all about loving and caring about people—the connections we make, the relationships we nurture, and the communities we build. That’s what brings purpose and meaning to everything I do.
Professionally, I’ve had the privilege of working in the real estate and relocation sectors for 27 years. This work has allowed me to support people through some of life’s biggest transitions—from Canadian Armed Forces retirees and corporate relocations to helping families downsize or move a loved one into a retirement home. Every story is unique, and I’m honoured to walk alongside my clients during these important life moments.
On a personal level, I’ve experienced the emotional and logistical challenges of relocating aging parents into retirement and long-term care homes. It’s a responsibility that requires patience, compassion, and respect—and I bring that same care to every client I work with. If I can be of assistance to you or your family, it would be my privilege.
I was born and raised in Windsor, in the neighbourhoods of South Walkerville and South Windsor—diverse, hard-working communities where I learned the value of respecting others, especially elders, and putting family first. As a first-generation Canadian, I’m incredibly grateful to have grown up in a multilingual, multicultural environment that helped shape my love for different cultures, cuisines, and customs. Windsor’s diversity continues to be one of its greatest strengths.
For the past two decades, I’ve also lived on rural waterfront property, which gives me first-hand insight into the unique joys and challenges that come with this kind of real estate.
With a deep knowledge of both the Windsor area and the local real estate market, I’m committed to helping my clients reach their real estate goals—whether you’re buying, selling, downsizing, or just exploring your options.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, browsing garden centres, taking scenic drives along Riverside, checking out community events, and trying new local restaurants.
Giving back to the community has always been close to my heart. In 2003, my husband and I founded Kids Against Hunger Canada, a charity dedicated to fighting food insecurity. With the help of dedicated volunteers, we’ve hosted food-packing events that have delivered over 4 million nutritious meals to those in need—both in Canada and around the world.
