With a career spanning real estate sales, private equity, and large-scale development, Reed brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every project. As Chief Operating Officer of The Vanguard Team at Royal LePage Binder, Reed oversees operations, team management, and system implementation for one of the Top 100 Real Estate Teams in North America.

Beyond sales, Reed is also COO of Walkerville Capital Inc., a private equity firm specializing in the redevelopment of underutilized properties in Windsor, Ontario. Under his management, Walkerville Capital has undertaken over $100M in real estate projects, including the revitalization of landmark buildings such as the Canada Building and Knights of Columbus Building.

While his expertise now extends deeply into development and investment, Reed continues to work directly with select clients, offering the same market insight, negotiation skills, and goal-oriented strategies that have earned him multiple Top Producer awards and multi-million-dollar sales achievements.

A former NCAA and CIS hockey player, Reed remains active in the Windsor-Essex hockey community, both playing and coaching. His competitive spirit, discipline, and commitment to excellence continue to shape his work in real estate and beyond.
