I was born and raised in Windsor & Essex County and I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes as a Realtor with Royal Lepage Binder Real Estate for 25 years. Before my real estate career, I owned a home-building company called Marquis Home Builders. Today, I still renovate homes under the name Marquis Renovations. I have a combined 40 years in the home industry through real estate and construction. My background in construction is a key advantage to my clients. I am often a one-stop shop for their homes, helping them make upgrades before listing it, using my knowledge to assess structure and craftsmanship during showings to ensure they are buying a well-built home, and even helping them renovate once they buy! Whether building homes from the ground up, improving them according to my clients’ needs and desires, or helping my clients buy and sell them, I genuinely love every opportunity I have to serve individuals and families across Windsor & Essex County.
