With deep Italian roots, my love for family is at the heart of everything I do. It shapes not only who I am, but how I care for the people I work with each day. I believe in taking the time to truly listen, to understand what matters most, and to build relationships grounded in genuine trust. Over the years, my clients have become like extended family, and those lasting connections are what I value most.

My passion for cooking has always been my way of bringing people together. Some of my most meaningful moments are the simple ones gathered around the table with family and friends, sharing meals, laughter, and conversation. It’s in those moments that a true sense of comfort, connection, and belonging is created the very feeling I hope each of my clients experiences when we find their place to call “home”.

In my spare time, my garden is my peaceful haven, a space I’ve built and lovingly tended to over the years with care, patience, and pride. It’s where I go to slow down, reflect, and recharge, and in many ways, it mirrors my approach to real estate: thoughtful, patient, and built with care over time.

Later in my career, I had the incredible opportunity to join forces with my daughter Natalie, and together we created Team Lazzarin , Windsor’s trusted Mother & Daughter Real Estate Team. With over 45 years of combined experience, we blend knowledge with strong family values, offering a level of service rooted in trust, dedication, and genuine care. Working alongside my daughter has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, allowing us to support our clients not just with experience but with heart.
