Carol grew up in Kingsville, is a graduate of Kingsville District High School, attended the University of Windsor and worked as a hairstylist for 25 years before fulfilling her life’s dream of becoming a Real Estate Sales Representative. From the time she purchased her first rental property in her early 20’s, she was hooked on real estate. Carol along with husband Scott, have bought, renovated and built homes throughout their 27 year marriage.
Carol has been a real estate agent with Royal LePage® Binder Real Estate since 2008, assisting her clients in a wide range of market conditions from real estate declines and foreclosures to the more balanced housing sales we are seeing today.
While she enjoys helping both Buyers and Sellers, with those starting out/over, persons wishing to downsize and all parties in between, she has found much success with Buyers and is currently working towards her Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation. “Each client brings a new experience to my portfolio, continually enhancing my professional real estate knowledge.”
When not helping others buy and sell homes, Carol and Scott run a small Bed and Breakfast, the Hellemsfield Inn in the heart of Kingsville. She enjoys spending time with her grown daughters, family and friends, working on their home and in the garden. She is a member of the Kingsville-Gosfield Heritage Society, the Kingsville Christmas House Tour Committee and the Migration Hall Players Theatre Company and additionally enjoys volunteering at the Royal LePage® Binder Real Estate Annual Charity Golf Tournament and is a sponsor of the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation.
